1 Our Aluminum Estate Gates are available in any height or width. The four main types of Estate Gates are: Single Swing, Double Swing, V-Track Slide Gate, and Cantilever Gate. Each Estate Gate is designed and engineered for every application. Every Estate Gate is fully welded with heavy framework to eliminate deflection and sagging. Our suppliers offer a full service CADD department to help you with engineering questions, submittals, and designs. Our suppliers lead the fencing and gate industry in creativity, design, and strength, which are proven with every Estate Gate they manufacture. Custom colors are available from some manufacturers at an additional cost. We work with some of the best manufacturers in the industry Ultra Aluminum and Courtyard by Digger are our two favorites. All manufacturers offer lifetime warranties against defects in workmanship and materials, as well as chipping, peeling or cracking of the finish. A beautiful designer gate will add the finishing touch to your driveway or to your new ornamental aluminum fence. Our Aluminum Gates and Access Control Systems match the available fence designs. 2 Most manufacturers offer residential, commercial and industrial grade fence. Residential grade posts are typically 2Ħħ square diameter. The wall thickness of the post varies from a .060 wall thickness to a .125 wall. Ultra Aluminum offers a .080 wall thickness which is 30% heavier than the .060 wall. The .125 wall posts are always used to support your gates. In addition to the 2Ħħ posts, heavier 2 1/2Ħħ, 3Ħħ and 4Ħħ square posts are offered. The profile of the horizontal rails can be a plain rectangle or channel. Ultra Aluminum offers a decretive rail that adds a touch of elegance to your fence system. Residential pickets are typically 5/8Ħħ square. 5/8Ħħ x 1Ħħ wide pickets, 3/4Ħħ and 1Ħħ pickets are available as you upgrade to the heavier industrial styles.Courtyard by Digger offers a screwless system with additional colors including a black and bronze fine texture.
