1 Sliding Gates are custom made to order, by North West Gate Fence and Door. Sliding Gate Opening Mechanisms are fitted selecting either the R3 or R5 rotary arm swing gate operators or the A10 swing gate operator for Industrial applications sourced, from Centurion systems?. The thoroughbred range of DC operators offer swift and reliable sliding gate control. The D3? (of Centurion Systems) unit is powered by a high torque DC motor coupled to a custom built gearbox. The system uses a 12V maintenance free battery as the primary power source. The battery is charged via a mains supply or solar panel. Custom Built Gearbox - advanced engineering materials for corrosion free, strength and durability. Revolutionary Internal Limit Switch (DOSS)? (of Centurion Systems) Pin point stopping. Novel gate referenced origin ensures that the end limit positions are never lost even if the gate is accidentally knocked off its rail and repositioned differently. Sensitive Anti Crush Control means greater safety. Proven Surge and lightning control means added reliability. Internal manual release for greater security with lockable access.

Sensitive anti-crushing control- Although the inverter controlled 3 phase motor is capable of delivering a large driving force, the control electronics accurately monitors the applied load to provide sensitive anti-crushing protection. Reliable 3 phase induction motor runs on single phase power. The unit uses a 3-phase motor for optimum simplicity, reliability and operating performance. Combined with the frequency inverter the unit can be conveniently connected to a standard single-phase 220V supply.
